1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on baji11, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. baji11 is strictly an adults-only platform. Persons under 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, placing bets, or accessing any real-money gaming service on baji11.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• You may hold only one registered account on baji11. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
• You must not be excluded from gambling under any voluntary self-exclusion arrangement, nor under any restriction imposed by baji11 or any regulatory body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current or former employee of baji11 or any affiliated entity, nor a close family member of such an employee, without prior written consent from baji11 management.

baji11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

2 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your baji11 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. baji11 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel.
• You must log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices. baji11 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify baji11 immediately at [email protected] so that access can be secured.
• All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is considered to have been authorised by you unless you have notified baji11 of an unauthorised access event prior to that activity taking place.
• baji11 may suspend or close an account at any time if it determines that the account is being operated by a person other than the registered account holder, or if account activity suggests a breach of these terms.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

baji11 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Bangladesh mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. baji11 may apply different minimum deposit thresholds for specific promotions, which will be stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• Deposits are credited to your baji11 wallet upon confirmed receipt of the transaction. baji11 is not responsible for delays caused by mobile network congestion or third-party payment service interruptions.
• Withdrawal requests are processed during normal business hours. baji11 targets completion of withdrawal requests within ten minutes of approval, though processing times may vary during periods of high demand or system maintenance.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. baji11 may request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Players are responsible for any fees charged by their mobile wallet provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. baji11 does not impose its own transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.
• baji11 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to a player's baji11 wallet balance if identity verification has not been completed, if the account is under investigation, or if the player's wagering requirements for an active bonus have not been met.
• All funds in your baji 11 wallet represent a liability of baji11 to you as a player. Funds held in your wallet are not insured by any government deposit protection scheme. You should not deposit amounts that you cannot afford to lose.

4 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on baji11, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets offered on the platform.

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds and terms displayed at the time the bet is placed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled except in circumstances described in these terms or where baji11 exercises its discretion.
• baji11 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, data feed error, or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's baji11 wallet.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market suspension rules. baji11 may suspend a market at any time without notice. Bets placed after a market has suspended but before the suspension is reflected in the platform interface will be voided and stakes returned.
• For cricket markets, settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). Matches abandoned due to weather or other external factors will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules displayed at the time of betting.
• baji11 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market or for any individual player at its sole discretion. Winnings may also be subject to a maximum payout cap per market, which will be communicated in the relevant market rules.
• Suspected match-fixing, collusion, or any form of irregular betting may result in immediate account suspension, bet voiding, and reporting to the relevant authorities. baji11 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards integrity breaches.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

baji11 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited to your baji11 bonus wallet and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before any portion may be transferred to your main wallet or withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirements for sports betting bonuses are stated in the individual promotion terms. Casino bonuses carry their own wagering multipliers. Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Bonus funds may only be used on the games or markets specified in the relevant promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not count towards wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• baji11 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a bonus credited to an account if it determines that the bonus was obtained through a breach of these terms, through the use of multiple accounts, or through any form of fraudulent activity.
• Players who have completed a withdrawal of real-money funds before completing the wagering requirement attached to an active bonus will have that bonus removed from their account without compensation.
• Seasonal promotions — including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, IPL, BPL, and T20 World Cup campaigns — are subject to additional terms communicated at the time each promotion is launched.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. baji11 uses device fingerprinting and account linking technology to enforce this restriction.

6 Casino Games and Fair Play

baji11's casino section includes live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, as well as slot games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other certified studios. The following rules apply to all casino activity.

• All slot and RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator systems independently tested for fairness. baji11 does not interfere with game outcomes.
• Live casino games are hosted in professionally managed studio environments. The rules of each live game are governed by the game provider and displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between on-platform information and in-game rules, the in-game rules prevail.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the game will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's disconnect policy. Where possible, the game result will be retained and any winnings credited on reconnection. baji11 is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnections outside its control.
• baji11 does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, or any other system that places bets without direct human input. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Crash games and tower games are subject to their own game-specific rules displayed within the game interface. Players should familiarise themselves with those rules before wagering real money.

7 Responsible Gaming

baji11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Bangladesh. The following tools and policies are in place to support players who wish to manage their gambling activity.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Players may request a temporary time-out from all gambling activity for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the account is suspended for real-money activity, and no promotional materials will be sent.
• Players who feel that gambling has become a problem may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting baji11 support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.
• baji11 strictly prohibits accounts held by persons under 21 years of age. Age verification may be requested at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed immediately and any deposits returned.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji11 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under any alias, in order to circumvent restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other point of interaction with baji11.
• Using the baji11 platform for any money laundering activity or for the processing of proceeds of crime.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploits will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using VPN services or other technical means to misrepresent your location in order to access baji11 from a jurisdiction where access is restricted.
• Engaging in any form of verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour towards baji11 staff or other players via any communication channel.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baji11 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to the following.

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, including sports betting losses, casino game losses, and bonus forfeiture in accordance with applicable bonus terms.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss caused by technical failures, maintenance activities, or events outside baji11's reasonable control, including power outages, network failures, and acts of nature.
• Losses arising from delayed, failed, or reversed transactions where the failure originates with the player's mobile wallet provider rather than with baji11.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the baji11 platform.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where limitation of liability is prohibited by law.

10 Amendments and Contact

baji11 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the platform notification system or by email to the address associated with the account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the baji11 platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
